Sub-processors & transfers outside the EU

To deliver the service we rely on the following sub-processors: Vercel Inc. (site hosting, USA), Supabase (database, EU region), Stripe (payments, EU/USA), Resend (email delivery, USA) and Anthropic PBC (AI processing of messages, USA). Some involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the Data Privacy Framework. Details are in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

All site content (copy, visuals, demos, code) is the property of Secondia unless stated otherwise. The demo websites (ALTITUDE, SAISON, NOIRÉE, Lemaire & Associés) feature fictional businesses created for illustration purposes.
