▸Why a setup fee?
Because your agents don't come out of a box: we configure them for your trade, your vocabulary, your instructions, your documents — and you approve every behavior before go-live. It's real work, done once. The subscription only pays for operations.
▸What if it doesn't work for me?
First-month guarantee: if the agents don't deliver what the assessment promised, we fix it or refund the subscription. And with no commitment, you can leave any month — our clients stay for the results, not the contract.
▸Why is it cheaper than an agency or an employee?
Because the execution is done by AI, not by billed human days. You pay no recruiting, no management, no idle time: you pay for an operated, measured result. That's also why we can guarantee it.
▸Will the price grow with my volume?
Plans cover the normal usage of a practice or SMB. If your volume explodes (good news), we talk before anything changes — never a billing surprise.
▸What happens with my data?
Strict minimization: agents only access what's necessary, a GDPR data processing agreement (DPA) is signed, and for healthcare no medical data — financial only. The details are public: Terms and DPA in the footer.
