Your heaviest processes, turned into systems that run on their own.
The standard plans cover reception, follow-ups, support. But some businesses have deeper problems: data scattered across four tools, quotes that take an hour to compute, a market that needs constant watching. That's custom work — and it's our home turf. Designed, built and operated by the studio, personally validated before every go-live.
Signs you've outgrown the standard
Three situations that keep coming up when businesses contact us for custom work:
Copy-paste became a job
Someone spends their days re-typing data from one tool into another: orders into invoicing, forms into spreadsheets, spreadsheets into reports. Every re-entry is an error waiting its turn.
Quoting depends on one head
Your quotes rely on calculation rules only one person masters — margins, rate tables, edge cases. When they're away, everything waits. And nobody can check the maths.
You hear the news too late
A competitor drops their prices, a tender is published, a bad review settles on page one: you find out weeks later, when it's already expensive.
Four services, one principle: built for you, operated by us
Every system is designed for your exact case, built by the studio, then operated and monitored — you maintain nothing. Prices are “from” floors: the exact quote depends on your situation, and it's free.
Process automation
Your existing tools (invoicing, calendar, mailbox, spreadsheets, CRM) wired together so repetitive tasks run without you: the order creates the invoice, the form fills the file, the reminder sends itself.
Built example: a media-processing pipeline running 24/7 on a dedicated server — queues, crash recovery, full logging.
Data pipelines & reporting
Your data collected, cleaned and consolidated into one reliable place — then reports that generate themselves, weekly or every Monday morning, with the numbers you chose.
Built example: consolidating two public data sources (business register + mapping data) into a single deduplicated, traceable database.
Business calculators & simulators
Your calculation rules (quotes, margins, rate tables, scenarios) encoded into a tool the whole team can use: same rules, same results, tested and versioned. The knowledge leaves one person's head.
Built example: the cost simulators published on this very site — every assumption displayed, every formula covered by tests.
Automated monitoring
Continuous watching of what matters to you — competitors, prices, tenders, reviews, regulations — with alerts when something moves and a readable digest at your own pace.
Built example: a fleet of monitoring agents spread across several servers, with a crossed watchdog — if one agent goes down, another reports it.
These systems aren't brochure promises: they're things the studio has already built and that run in production today. The examples on this page are real — we'll gladly walk you through them on a call.
How it works
You describe the problem
An email or a 30-minute call. No spec document to write: tell us what's costing you time or money, in your own words.
Quote within 3 business days
A firm, itemized quote: what's included, what isn't, the timeline, the price. If we think a standard plan covers your case, we'll say so — it's cheaper for you.
Build, then operate
The studio builds, tests and ships — every production release is personally validated. Then the system is operated and monitored: if something breaks, it's our problem, not yours.
Questions we get asked
Why “from” prices rather than fixed ones?
Because automating three payment reminders and rebuilding a full production flow don't cost the same. The floor shows the realistic entry ticket; the free quote, delivered within 3 business days, gives the exact figure — firm, with no surprises along the way.
Who maintains the system after delivery?
We do. That's the difference with a classic agency: we don't ship a project and vanish, we operate the outcome. Monitoring and fixes are part of the service — the exact follow-up mode (included or monthly) is spelled out in each quote.
Do we have to change our current tools?
No — that's the whole point: we plug into what you already use (invoicing, calendar, spreadsheets, CRM). If a tool is a genuine blocker, we say so at the quote stage, with a costed alternative, and the decision is yours.
What about our data?
Your data stays yours: European hosting, a signed data processing agreement (DPA), and no health data processed — that's an absolute studio rule. Everything a system does is logged and reviewable.
The most expensive thing is the process still done by hand
Describe yours in a few lines. Free, firm quote within 3 business days — and if a standard plan is enough, we'll tell you.
