VoiceFleet or Secondia: a tool you set up yourself, or a service run for you?
The verdict in one sentence: VoiceFleet is a self-serve AI phone receptionist (you set it up yourself), cheaper if you do the setup and follow-up yourself. Secondia sets up, personally validates and runs assistants that can also remind your unpaid invoices.
VoiceFleet vs Secondia

| Setup fee | €0 | €490 – €1,490 depending on the pack |
| Volume metering | Minutes paid in advance (500 / 1,000 / 2,000); when none are left, the AI pauses | 300 / 600 / 1,000 min included per pack; beyond that €0.50 excl. VAT/min, billed the following month — service continues, no pause |

| What is taken care of | Phone only (+ SMS/email alerts, dashboard) | Phone + unpaid-invoice reminders (politely chasing clients who haven't paid), together or separately |

When to choose what
When VoiceFleet may be enough
- •You only want an AI phone answering tool, and setting it up then adjusting it yourself doesn't scare you.
- •Dutch is essential for you today.
- •You get few calls, and about the same number each time — the entry plan's 500 minutes are enough.
When Secondia takes the lead
- •You don't want to become your AI's administrator: we prepare everything, personally validate, then run it continuously.
- •You want to cover calls, but also unpaid-invoice reminders, with a single provider.
- •You work in Belgium: local vocabulary, mutualities, VAT and local habits are our home turf, not a translation.
What people ask us
VoiceFleet is cheaper — why pay more?
Because it's not the same service. VoiceFleet sells a phone tool you set up and run yourself — at €99/month, a legitimate option if that's all you need. Secondia sets up then runs two services, together or separately (phone and unpaid-invoice reminders), with personal validation before go-live, from €149/month. You pay for work done for you, not software to run.
What happens when the minutes run out?
At VoiceFleet (official pricing page, retrieved October 2, 2026), minutes are paid in advance: when none are left, the assistant pauses until you buy a pack. At Secondia, 300 to 1,000 minutes are included per pack; beyond that the service continues and the extra minutes (€0.50 excl. VAT per minute) are billed the following month, with an alert at 80% of the included minutes. Anything outside your instructions is passed to you rather than improvised.
What about Dutch?
Honestly: VoiceFleet covers Dutch today (30+ languages). Our assistants work in French and English, with Dutch in preparation. If Dutch is your #1 criterion right now, tell us in the diagnostic — we'll tell you frankly whether our current offer fits.
